Reusing Old Papers as Packing Material
Reuse, reduce, recycle, right? We take that seriously, starting with our packing material. Instead of buying new, we reuse old papers to cushion your orders. Plus, it adds a nice rustic touch to your package, don't you think?
We also think it's fun to show a little bit of our origins. :)
Small Boxes, Big Impact
We also use small boxes to minimize transportation costs. It's a win-win situation: we save money and resources, and that results in lower shipping costs! And when we do need bigger boxes, we look for ways to repurpose them. You know that saying "one man's trash is another man's treasure"? We like to think of it as "one company's packaging is another company's treasure".
Less Driving with Bulk Delivery
We like to play the waiting game when it comes to delivering packages. By gathering multiple orders together, we reduce the number of trips we have to make, which means less fuel is consumed and less pollution is created. It's a small step, but it's one that can make a big difference in the long run.
Plus, we're not the only ones doing it! Our distribution partner also saves up boxes from multiple webshops and delivers them in bulk to international postal companies. By working together, we're able to make an even bigger impact on the environment.
This does not mean that your package will be delayed persé; it just means that they will travel together with other packages :)
