We are all about keeping our planet green and happy. That's why we at Aline3D take our waste reduction and recycling seriously. We want to do our part in keeping our environment clean and healthy!

Separating Waste

We separate all our waste into different groups like PLA scraps, carton packaging, and other plastic waste. This helps us send each type of waste to the right recycling facility and prevent any environmental disasters.

Our little local town helps us with this as well: plastics, paper and organic materials are separately picked up, making it even easier for us to handle this correctly!

Using PLA with Carton Rolls When Possible

When it comes to 3D printing, we try to use PLA rolls that are made from carton packaging. Why? Because paper is easier to recycle and it's a great way to reduce our plastic waste while still making amazing prints!

Unfortunately not all our filament suppliers are currently offering carton rolls, but we are in talk with them and searching for alternatives where possible. Around 70% of our filaments use carton rolls however; so well on our way to 100%!

Reusing scraps of PLA

We don't throw away any scraps of PLA left over from our 3D printing jobs. Instead, we collect and reuse them in future projects. This not only helps us reduce waste but also saves us money on materials.

Going Paperless: Digital All the Way!

We're doing our bit to save the trees and reduce waste by going completely digital! No more printing out documents or receipts for us. We communicate with our clients and partners digitally, which not only helps us reduce our environmental impact but also makes our workflow super smooth and efficient. So, let's save the planet one byte at a time!
